Risk Disclaimer

Please read this in full before using any material on this website or opening a trading account with any broker.

High risk of loss

Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. You can lose all of the capital you deposit, and losses can occur rapidly. A substantial majority of retail investor accounts lose money when trading leveraged products. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1. No financial or investment advice

All content published on Doctor Forex Global — including educational articles, guides, strategy explanations, market commentary, calculators, tools and any other material — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this website constitutes, or should be construed as, financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, a personal recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We do not take account of your personal objectives, financial situation, experience or needs, and we are not authorised to provide personal financial advice. You should obtain independent professional advice appropriate to your circumstances before making any trading or investment decision.

2. No guarantee of results

We make no representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind — express or implied — regarding trading outcomes, profitability, accuracy of analysis, or the performance of any strategy, tool, indicator, system or approach described on this website.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Hypothetical, simulated and backtested results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not involve real financial risk, and cannot account for slippage, liquidity gaps, execution delays, changing spreads or the psychological pressure of live trading. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown in any example.

3. Leverage risk

Leveraged trading allows you to take positions substantially larger than your deposited capital. Leverage magnifies gains and losses equally. A relatively small adverse market movement can result in losses that exceed your initial deposit, and may result in a margin call requiring you to deposit additional funds at short notice, or in the automatic closure of your positions at a loss without prior notification.

Whether negative balance protection applies to you depends on your broker, the specific entity holding your account, and your country of residence. Confirm this directly with your broker before trading. Do not assume such protection exists.

4. Market risk

Currency markets can be volatile and can move rapidly. Prices may gap over weekends, around scheduled economic releases, and during unexpected political or economic events. In fast-moving conditions, orders — including stop-loss orders — may be executed at prices materially worse than requested. A stop-loss order does not guarantee your loss will be limited to the intended amount unless it is a guaranteed stop, which is generally offered only at additional cost, if at all.

5. Educational examples

Numerical examples used in our educational material are simplified and illustrative. Actual pip values, contract sizes, spreads, commissions, swap charges, margin requirements and execution behaviour vary by broker, instrument, account type, account currency and market conditions. Always verify figures against your own broker’s specifications before relying on them for a live trade.

6. Third-party content and links

This website may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, data providers, platforms and brokers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security or practices of any third party. Any data displayed from third-party sources — including market data, economic calendars and rates — may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and should not be relied upon for trading decisions. Inclusion of a link does not constitute endorsement.

7. Broker relationships and affiliate compensation

Doctor Forex Global operates as an introducing broker and maintains a commercial relationship with its featured broker partner, Mexatlantic. We may receive compensation — including commission based on trading activity — when a user registers or opens an account through our referral links.

This creates a financial interest that you should take into account when reading any broker-related content on this website. We disclose this relationship on the relevant pages. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a broker, we have no authority over account opening, execution, verification, funding or withdrawal decisions, and we cannot intervene in any dispute between you and a broker.

8. Regulatory status and eligibility

Doctor Forex Global is an educational website. It is not a licensed broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager or financial institution, and it does not hold, handle or manage client funds.

Trading in leveraged products is restricted or prohibited for retail clients in some jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of this website, and any trading activity you undertake, complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you. 9. No signals, no managed accounts

We do not provide trading signals, trade recommendations, copy-trading services, account management, or any service in which we make or direct trading decisions on your behalf. Any person or entity offering such services while claiming association with Doctor Forex Global is doing so without authorisation, and should be reported to us.
