Terms & Conditions

The terms governing your use of doctorforexglobal.com. By using this website you agree to them.

Last updated: 26 August 2026  ·  Applies to doctorforexglobal.com

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of doctorforexglobal.com and all content, tools and services available through it (the “Website”), operated by Doctor Forex Global Malik Naeem Jabbar, operating as Doctor Forex Global (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Website you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use this Website. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website, and any trading activity you undertake, is lawful where you live. Leveraged trading is restricted or prohibited for retail clients in some jurisdictions, and nothing here is directed at any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be unlawful.

3. Educational purpose only — no advice

All content on the Website is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

We are not a licensed broker, dealer, investment adviser or financial institution. We do not hold client funds, execute trades, or manage accounts. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision you make, and you should seek independent professional advice where appropriate. Our full Risk Disclaimer forms part of these terms.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

We make no representation or warranty that any information, strategy, tool or approach described on the Website will produce any particular result. Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss, and a substantial majority of retail accounts lose money. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Any examples are illustrative and simplified.

5. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care to ensure content is accurate at the time of publication, but market information, broker conditions, regulations and third-party data change frequently. We do not warrant that any content is complete, current or error-free, and we may modify, suspend or remove any part of the Website at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

6. Broker referrals and affiliate compensation

We operate as an introducing broker and maintain a commercial relationship with our featured broker partner, MultiBank. We may receive compensation when a user registers or opens an account through our referral links.

Any agreement you enter into with a broker is solely between you and that broker. We are not a party to it, we make no representation about the broker’s services, terms, regulatory status or conduct, and we have no authority over account opening, verification, execution, funding, withdrawals or dispute resolution. You must satisfy yourself independently as to the suitability and regulatory standing of any broker before depositing funds.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its servers or connected systems
  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code
  • Scrape, harvest, mirror or systematically extract content without our written permission
  • Interfere with, overload or disrupt the Website or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate Doctor Forex Global, or represent yourself as affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by us
  • Use our name, branding or content to promote signals, managed accounts, investment schemes or any service we do not provide

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, educational material, graphics, layout, design, logos and code — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, adapt or exploit any content commercially without our prior written permission. Short quotations with clear attribution and a link back to the source page are permitted.

9. Third-party links and content

The Website may link to or embed third-party websites, tools, widgets and data. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices. Links do not constitute endorsement. Accessing third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. User submissions

If you send us a message, question or feedback, you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of responding to you and improving our content. Do not send us confidential information, trading account credentials, identity documents or payment details — we neither need nor want them, and we cannot be responsible for information sent to us unsolicited.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage — including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or financial loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any content on it, or any decision made in reliance on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the version in effect, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.

16. Contact

Questions about these terms should be sent via our contact page.

These terms should be read together with our Risk Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with us.
